About This Product

■Monitor and manage devices installed in remote locations, multiple locations, and unmanned environments on the cloud

"MRL-IDM" enables companies to efficiently and effectively manage devices distributed at each location. "MRL-IDM" can remotely monitor the status of devices even in unattended environments through the "MRL-IDM server" on the cloud, and can issue alert notifications when a failure is detected. This minimizes downtime and supports stable operations. Features provided

■Device grouping function

Devices can be registered in groups and monitored and managed. Flexible operation is possible by setting different conditions for each group.

■Alive monitoring function

An alert can be sent if there is no communication from the device for a certain period of time. This makes it possible to quickly detect and respond to device failures and communication failures.

■Status monitoring function

It is possible to monitor device status such as LTE antenna status and signal strength. Alerts can be sent based on status thresholds.

■Alert notification function

When monitoring device aliveness and status, it is possible to send alerts to specified destinations based on various set conditions. Alert notification destinations can be selected from email, Chatwork, slack, and Microsoft Teams. (*1,*2) You can also specify the day of the week and time of day for the notification.

■Remote setting function

It is possible to change device settings remotely from MRL-IDM. (※3,※4) It is possible to change the settings of a device in a remote location without going to the site.

■Firmware update function

By setting the firmware download URL for each device group, automatic firmware updates are possible. The device side will check and update the firmware version according to the set schedule. *1: Standard plan is email only. Up to one destination. *2: Microsoft Teams must be Microsoft 365 Business Basic or higher. *3: It is necessary to set "Allow settings from the WAN side" on the device side in advance. *4: The IP address on the WAN side must be a global IP address.

・Standard plan: Free (can be used for up to 100 devices) ・Business plan: 330 yen per month (tax included) / unit (only corporate customers can apply)
