Measuring "oxygen concentration"

■Features

・Measurements can be made not only in air and liquid, but also in vacuum environments, seawater, and soil. ・Since no membrane is used, oxygen concentration in powder can be measured without worrying about clogging. ・No need for frequent replacement of membranes and electrolytes ・Robust structure compatible with high-pressure steam sterilization ・Since there is no deterioration of the electrolyte during the process, long-term continuous measurement is possible. ・Since the flow rate of the sample itself is not required, it is possible to measure stationary fluids and small amounts of samples. ・Unlike Polaro electrodes, there is no need for long polarization operations before use, so measurements can be taken immediately. ・Reliable reliability that complies with the performance of JIS7921 "Fluorescent Oxygen Concentration Meter"

■Measurement principle

The intensity (brightness) of the fluorescence emitted when a fluorescent material is irradiated with ultraviolet light is inversely proportional to the amount of surrounding oxygen molecules. The oxygen concentration is measured from the amount of change in this fluorescence intensity.
