About This Product

We offer innovative production systems for gyoza skins, wonton skins, shumai skins, and rawhide products. Product features

■Achieve full automation.

Everything from mixing to packaging can be automated. We can also upgrade the system to your production line. Traditionally, the process of folding on a board, punching out, and hand feeding into a packaging machine is performed on a conveyor with high surface strength, and the shutter device is used to remove the product from the conveyor. The fallen rawhide is transported on a conveyor. It is automatically supplied to the packaging machine and can wrap up to 1,500 to 3,000 packs per hour. (Capacity varies depending on roll width and number of packages)

■Countermeasures against foreign substances and reduction of production costs.

It is hygienic and costs can be reduced because it is automatically fed to the packaging machine without the intervention of workers. It also prevents contamination.

■Inherits the performance of the previous model. Compact and easy to clean.

The folding and punching machine, which boasts an industry share of over 80%, has been renewed as an automatic packaging system. While maintaining the highly acclaimed performance, operability and cleanability have been improved. The quality of rawhide can be as thin as 0.3 to 0.4 mm by rolling it with finishing rolls that have undergone precision quenching and polishing.

It can be applied to all types of rawhide, including dumpling skin, wonton skin, and shumai skin.
