About This Product

The fully automatic drilling machine performs rapid feed, cutting feed, dwell, and quick return automatically, and also supports step machining. The automatic tapping machine also has an automatic feed function, and the rotation of the spindle and feed are synchronized, ensuring stable machining quality. It has various benefits such as reducing production line costs, increasing the efficiency of drilling and tapping operations, and saving space in factories.

■Synchronization function

Tapping accuracy is improved by synchronizing the spindle rotation and feed rate.

■Foot switch specifications

A foot switch allows you to work with both hands.

■ESS series with spindle immediate stop device (standard equipment)

In response to the strong demand for safety in recent years, this series has added an immediate stop button to the standard model, which until now involved inertia rotation after stopping. This reduces the risk of injury and accidents in the event of an emergency, such as when clothes get caught or the workpiece rotates due to biting tools. The control panel on the back is equipped with an inverter, which applies a brake to the motor to stop the main shaft. safety options

■Spindle cover

Add a cover to the spindle to enclose the tool part. Prevents chips from flying into your eyes, and prevents injuries from touching or getting caught in rotating tools. The length of the cover can be adjusted to match the tool length, and during machining, the outer cover moves up and down in accordance with the movement of the spindle stroke.

■Belt cover mechanical lock

Add a mechanical lock to the belt cover. Reduces the risk of getting caught in the pulley rotating inside the belt cover.

■Interlock

A limit switch on the side of the belt cover immediately stops the spindle when the belt cover is opened. Even if you inadvertently try to work with the belt cover open, the main shaft will not rotate, making it safer.
