About This Product

■Features of slewing bearings

- A single bearing can receive thrust load, radial load and moment at the same time. - Gears are directly machined on either the outer ring or the inner ring, simplifying the structure of the rotating part. ・Through holes or tapped holes for bearing installation are machined in the outer ring and inner ring, making it easy to assemble and remove the bearing. ・Since it is compatible with large sizes, it is possible to obtain reliable turning motion with low torque even with larger loads.

■Usage examples of slewing bearings

Slewing bearings suitable for the application are widely used in the rotating parts of civil engineering and construction machinery such as various power shovels and tower cranes, cargo handling machines such as truck cranes, and industrial machinery such as robots. Requests for vertical use (horizontal axis orientation) and high-speed rotation can be accommodated by changing to one with a cage. In addition, recently, slewing bearings are increasingly being used in precision machinery such as medical machines such as C.T. scans and machine tools such as polishing machines.
