About This Product

This screen is made of polyurethane and molded with a mold made in-house to create a mesh.
It is lighter and easier to handle than hard steel wire or stainless steel. In addition, since it has superior wear resistance compared to wire mesh, it is used not only in the stone crushing industry but also in various industries as a sieve to save labor and resources by taking advantage of its long life.

The flexibility of urethane generates small secondary vibrations, which prevents clogging and enables high classification efficiency.
・Excellent wear resistance
The polyurethane resin material dramatically extends the lifespan compared to traditional wire mesh. Furthermore, sufficient strength can be provided by welding the reinforcing cord.

Urethane screen type: G-System polyurethane sieve
G stands for Gravel and corresponds to a coarser classification. It was developed with the aim of extending the lifespan, which was particularly requested by the crushed stone industry.

Urethane rope deck screen
Wire rope coated with urethane. Suitable for processing materials with a high moisture content and powder adhesion.
