About This Product

The product that became the foundation at the time of our company's founding, is a wire mesh made by criss-crossing round wires. As the origin of sieving, it is still active in various industries such as the steel industry, stone crushing industry, and cement industry.

■Characteristics of screen cloth・Various line and mesh specification settings
You can select the material that is suitable for the material to be processed, and select the linear shape and weave considering the strength, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, sieving efficiency, etc. of the wire mesh.
・Hook can be attached
By bending both ends of the wire mesh, it can be used for various purposes as a vibrating screen.

■Types of screen cloth・Double crimp weave
This is the most common weaving method, which alternates vertical lines (lines woven in the length direction) and nuki lines (lines woven in the width direction).
・Pressed weave
By pressing the intersection of the vertical and open lines, this weaving method improves the tendency for the stitches of double crimp weaving to shift.
・Flat weave
As the name suggests, the net is woven so that the top surface is flat. This weaving method increases durability by reducing wear at the intersections of vertical and open lines, and has good sorting efficiency.
・Ton cap weave
This is a weaving method that uses rectangular openings to increase the opening ratio, increase processing efficiency, and reduce clogging. Effective for processing materials that are prone to clogging.
・Tie rod weave
This weave has a more rectangular opening than the toncap weave, increasing the open area ratio. It is even more effective for processing objects that are prone to clogging.

■Specially processed screen clothZigzag screen (with waves)
Harp screen (straight line)
A screen with wavy lines and straight lines welded and fixed with urethane.
It has the effect of preventing clogging of fine-grain sieves and preventing build-up.
