About This Product

Compared to the stationary Ultra TN screen, the screen can be rotated to enable processing at higher concentrations.
The rotating screen surface allows processing to be performed in a clean state at all times, and a spiral plate inside the screen allows for smooth discharge of solids.
Environmentally friendly and reduces splashing water. In addition, it is widely used in the production process for purposes such as concentration, recovery, separation, and cleaning, including pretreatment for squeeze dehydrators such as TS separators.

■Features of TS drum screen・Achieved a large processing capacity despite its compact size.
・It is possible to process high concentration slurry, and it is also possible to deliquify, wash, and even concentrate aggregates.

The fan-shaped shower nozzle easily cleans dirt. (Both internal and external surfaces possible)
・High pressure water cleaning (fixed)
Clean dirt with water under pressure of approximately 2MPa. (Both internal and external surfaces possible)
・High pressure water cleaning (sliding type)
A nozzle that releases pressure water of about 2MPa slides back and forth to clean dirt. (external surface only)
