About This Product

This is a filtration device equipped with a fine wedge of minimum 5 µm. Normally, the screen can be used repeatedly by backwashing. In addition, due to the cake filtration effect, fine particles smaller than the opening can be captured depending on the target object. Due to its simple structure and easy disassembly, maintenance can be completed in a short time.

■Characteristics of SS collector

- Less frequent replacement or no need to replace Equipped with a fine-mesh metal filter "Fine Wedge R", it can be used repeatedly by backwashing. Due to its inverted triangular cross-sectional structure, particles are captured on the surface, making it less likely to clog and increasing the backwashing effect. - Cake filtration captures fine particles smaller than the opening. Particles deposited on the screen surface act as a filter and can capture even fine particles smaller than the opening of the screen. (*Depends on the object) ・Highly concentrated slurry can also be processed through total volume filtration. However, since the processing amount varies depending on the concentration, test confirmation is required. ・Simple structure makes maintenance easy During maintenance, the internal filter can be removed by simple operations such as removing the clamping bar. In addition, the drainage structure allows for smooth drainage of deposits.
