About This Product

This is a wedge wire type strainer unit that supports filtration of a minimum of 5 microns. By using the compressed air water backwashing method using filtrate, clogging can be instantly cleared without using washing water. It replaces filters that require replacement such as mesh wire mesh, filter cloth, and sintered filters, reducing filter replacement and time-consuming cleaning. How it works The stock solution supplied into the device is filtered through a cylindrical wedge wire installed inside the device, and the filtrate is discharged from the top through the pressure chamber at the top of the screen. Backwashing is performed by closing a solenoid valve built into the device at preset intervals using a timer that can be set arbitrarily, trapping the filtrate in a pressure compensation chamber, and sending compressed air into it to reverse the filtrate. Instantly push in the direction. This makes it possible to forcibly remove solid matter stuck on the surface of the wedge wire or in the gaps, thereby automatically eliminating clogging (pressurized air-water backwashing method). Due to the pressure during backwashing, the undiluted solution and separated solids remaining in the device are discharged as a concentrated solution.

It can be used repeatedly by washing. ・Automatic backwashing that does not require washing water Backwashing uses compressed air to push out the filtrate in the pressure compensation chamber, so there is no need to supply additional washing water, and a series of treatments can be performed without diluting the stock solution. In addition, by utilizing the inverted triangular cross section of the wedge wire, it is possible to easily eliminate clogging by back washing. ・Maintenance The ferrule structure allows for easy assembly and disassembly cleaning without the need for tools. ・Space-saving design Processing can be performed without taking up space within the customer's factory.
