At food factories that process large quantities of fish, removing scales has been a problem. The current situation was that amateurs could not handle the number of jobs and could not expect a satisfactory finish, and there was even concern about accidents. Therefore, we developed a water pressure automatic scale remover. Just drop the fish in and the high-pressure water jet removes the scales while you watch them.
Our unique design means there will be no pain or color splatter on the fish body. The inside of the processing plant will not be contaminated by flying scales. In addition, injection pressure and line speed can be controlled as desired with simple operations.
