About This Product

■Summary

EtherCAT is an open standard that has high real-time performance among industrial Ethernet and is effective for systems that require motion control and synchronization. Motor driver products, I/O, sensors, and other devices from many manufacturers are compatible with EtherCAT, and operation is possible by connecting multiple devices with LAN cables. Hivertec's EtherCAT products are fast and easy to use.

■Features

・Adopts ultra-high-speed real-time EtherCAT ・Cost reduction due to reduced wiring ・Built-in 1 axis, 4 types of counters and 5 types of comparators ・Convert EtherCAT communication to pulse train command. ・Motion function is installed on the slave to reduce the load on the master Special skill

■Parallel 2-axis control function (gantry operation)

Processing such as return to origin, end limit sensor, and servo alarm also supports two parallel axes.

■Parallel 2 axes + interpolation

Interpolation operation is possible between two parallel axes and the carriage axis on the gantry.

■Parallel 2 axes + next motion continuous interpolation

Continuous interpolation is possible between the two parallel axes and the carriage axis on the gantry.

■Parallel 2 axes + multi-carriage + interpolation

Any interpolation operation is possible between two parallel axes and a linear motor with multiple carriages on the gantry.

■Following synchronous operation

The slave axis, which was waiting at a specified point, can run synchronously in parallel with the master axis.
