About This Product

■Summary

HETN-M200 is a 2-axis motion controller with a built-in 2-phase stepping motor driver that supports Ethernet communication standards. With a pocket size of 120 x 63 x 24mm, it contributes to device design. It also comes with general-purpose input/output (8in/8out), making it an easy-to-use product. Motion control function is compatible with CPD series.

■Features

・Motion control: 2-axis positioning, 2-axis linear interpolation, 2-axis circular interpolation ・Machine I/F: ±ELS, OLS, DLS ・Encoder: A/B/Z phase ・4 counters per axis ・5 comparators per axis ・Can be expanded up to 16 units ・Acceleration/deceleration, positioning, and interpolation are possible with simple commands. ・Small and thin size contributes to equipment design 120 x 63 x 24mm (excluding protrusions) ・General-purpose input/output 8in/8out ・When an encoder is connected, step-out detection and step-out-less operation are possible. - Compatible with motors with phase current of 0.2 to 3.0 [A], compatible with motors with 4, 6, and 8 leads. ・Supports microstep drive with up to 250 divisions Special skill

■Linear axis/rotary axis counter

It is possible to manage the movement and coordinates of either linear or rotary axes for each axis.

■Linear/circular interpolation + continuous execution of next operation

Composite speed (interpolation motion speed in the forward direction) can be controlled at a constant rate, and in combination with the next motion continuous execution function, realizes smooth one-stroke writing.

■Overlap operation

It is possible to shorten takt time by starting the operation of other axes at the timing when the axis in operation passes a specified point.
