Right angle SMD LED products are divided into chip LED (PCB) and PLCC LED (reflector) configurations. Color options include blue, green, yellow, orange, red, and white. These devices are packaged in automation-friendly tape and reel, increasing productivity and reducing assembly costs.

Right angle SMD chip LED products are offered in small package footprints. The small form factor allows for flexible board design and allows LEDs to be mounted in close proximity, giving users maximum miniaturization benefits. The low package height makes it an ideal solution for applications with limited headroom, such as wearables and small portable handheld devices. By using efficient and bright AlInGaP material, the product can achieve high light output.

Right Angle SMD PLCC LED products are side-emitting, surface-mounted LEDs. These profiles enable effective optical coupling to light guides in applications such as LCD and push button backlighting that require high brightness and uniform light distribution. Right angle SMD PLCC LED products use silicone capsules, which greatly extends the service life.
