About This Product

This device continuously measures the concentration of gaseous inorganic fluorine compounds such as trace amounts of hydrogen fluoride in the ambient air. HF: Zwitterionic electrode method

■Features

・Using the double ion electrode method, stable trace concentrations in the 0 to 5 ppb range can be measured. ・Uses a special detection cell that can suck in a large amount of air, allowing continuous measurement with high detection sensitivity. ・Since the air inlet tube has a built-in heater, there is no adsorption of fluorine compounds to the inlet tube.
