By using the gravimetric method (a method in which the volume of a sample is calculated from a balance and density), highly accurate quantification is possible with a small number of samples. In addition, by using steam distillation, continuous measurement is possible with short distillation times and simple cleaning.
When 50ml of a sample of sake, mash filtrate, beer, etc. is set in the device, a series of operations such as weighing, density measurement, and steam distillation are performed fully automatically, and alcohol concentration, sake content, and extract content can be automatically calculated. can.
