About This Product

■FeaturesIn addition to a sophisticated design that integrates a density meter, we have added new features such as shortening drying time with a high-flow drying pump and a 3-liquid cleaning function that allows you to use three types of cleaning liquid. The CHD-502 retains the popular functions such as the pressurization measurement function and sample back function to prevent gasoline bubbles.

■4 types of FU (flow units) to meet various requests1) Large flow rate pump *When selecting FU2 or FU3: You can select a high flow rate drying pump that specializes in shortening drying time. Drying time can be reduced from 6 minutes to less than 2 minutes. (After ethanol distribution)
2) 3-liquid cleaning *When selecting FU2: You can select the type of cleaning liquid from 2 types, 3 types, or none. One unit can handle both water-soluble and oil-soluble samples.
3) Pressure feeding/suction sampling: You can choose between pressure feeding sampling (FU1, FU2) and suction sampling (FU3, FU4). Pressure feeding can suppress the generation of bubbles even in highly viscous samples. Aspiration allows sampling even when the lid is open.
4) Co-wash measurement unit *When selecting FU4: You can select a co-wash measurement unit. Specialized in co-washing, unnecessary functions have been reduced.

■Co-washing sequence・We have prepared a special sequence for co-washing.
・By using sampling (replacement), it is possible to perform co-washing measurements with higher accuracy than before.

■Measures against gasoline bubbles (pressure measurement) *When selecting FU1 or FU2- Sampling and measuring highly volatile samples (such as gasoline) while pressurizing prevents bubbles from forming due to vaporization.

■Space savingThe foot space (installation area) of the main unit is 300mm x 600mm, which is space-saving.

■Automatic power cutoff function-Equipped with an automatic power-off function that can automatically shut off the power.
-Can reduce wasted power.

■High cleaning effect *When selecting FU1, FU2, FU3-Cleaning effectiveness is improved by mixing air when supplying cleaning liquid.
・You can reduce the amount of cleaning liquid used.

■Sample back function *When selecting FU1 or FU2For expensive samples such as fragrances, the sample can be returned to the vial after measurement.
