About This Product

■Features

This is a vibrating density/hydrometer that can measure various liquid samples quickly and with high accuracy. Measurement time has been reduced by approximately 40% compared to conventional models. Furthermore, by improving the structure of the measurement sensor, we have improved the stability of measurement accuracy and succeeded in reducing the influence of ambient temperature by 50% compared to conventional models. Additionally, the installation area has been reduced by 35% compared to the previous model. The operation section uses a color LCD/touch panel to improve intuitive operability, and the interface section is equipped with LAN and USB, which are not found in conventional products, to improve functionality. Eco-designed with consideration for the environment (power consumption in sleep mode is approximately 50% lower than during measurement).

■Achieved a significant reduction in measurement time

1) The shortest measurement time is approximately 20 seconds. (When sample temperature is stable) 2) Approximately 40% reduction compared to conventional models (DA-500 series). (When the viscosity correction function is OFF) 3) Approximately 35% reduction compared to conventional models (DA-500 series). (When viscosity correction function is ON)

■Achieving unprecedented stability in measurement accuracy

1) The newly installed reference sensor enables stable density measurement even in environments with large temperature changes. 2) By adopting a seamless joint structure, the sample path is completely flat.

■Equipped with various functions to realize visualization

1) Temperature scan function fully automatic measurement. 2) One-point calibration mode. 3) Notification function for desiccant replacement time. etc.

Used for liquid concentration control, quality control, etc. ・Determination of transaction prices and tax amounts for crude oil and petroleum products (fuel oil, lubricating oil) ・Purity control and quality control of substances produced by chemicals (chemical products) ・Brix measurement for manufacturing process control and quality inspection of milk products, carbonated drinks, fruit drinks, etc. ・Measurement of alcohol content and extract concentration of beer, sake, wine, etc. ・Brix concentration measurement of sugar solutions, syrup solutions, isomerized sugar solutions, seasonings, etc. ・Density measurement of pharmaceuticals based on the Japanese Pharmacopoeia ・Quality control of oils and fats such as vegetable oil and animal oil ・Quality control of fragrances, chemicals, etc. ・Quality control of surface treatment agents such as etching solutions and acid cleaning solutions
