About This Product

Jack

■Excellent jack produced by unique technology that has been cultivated

Combining various specifications and formats, it can be applied to a wide range of applications such as general industry, theater, medical care, and IT. Furthermore, the possibilities are endless when combined with a wide range of options and accessories.

■Features of the jack

・The model number is displayed based on capacity to facilitate model selection. - Capacity has been increased by more than 25% (up to 67%) compared to the conventional model. ・The nominal capacity is 2kN to 200kN, with the same capacity for push and pull loads. ・We have adopted acquired industrial property rights for the optional screw rotation prevention mechanism of the ball screw type. - The dimensions of the screw shaft end shape have been unified and standardized.

■Screw jack (ball screw) standard type JB series

Adopts high performance ball screw. High efficiency with quiet operation.

■Features

-Uses a high-performance ball screw. The nut and worm wheel are integrated to make it more compact. ・The worm reduction section uses an oil bath lubrication method. It can withstand high speed rotation. ・High performance with ideal bearing structure. We have a wide variety of standard products ranging from 5kN to 1,250kN.

■Structure <For JB005 & JB010>

Composed of a worm gear and a ball screw, it is efficient, highly accurate, and suitable for high-frequency operation. In operation, the input shaft (worm shaft) is turned to rotate the worm wheel (nut), which is transmitted as thrust to the screw shaft.

■Screw shaft end

You can choose from a wide variety of metal fittings.

■High precision and thick screw shaft

A ball screw is used.

■Ideal bearing structure

Adopts conical roller bearings to withstand both thrust and radial loads.

■Integrate ball nut and worm wheel

The structure applies a uniform and stable load to the ball nut, making it safe and long lasting.

■High precision worm foil

Made of special aluminum bronze and processed with high precision, it has sufficient strength.

■Screw shaft guide

A screw guide is provided on the ball nut to reduce wobbling of the screw.

■Highly efficient reduction section

We make use of our many years of experience with worm reducers.

■Grease lubrication

Easy maintenance.

■Lightweight body case

The body case is made of die-cast aluminum, lightweight and compact.

■Thick input shaft

It has sufficient strength for applications involving a large number of connected units.
