■Excellent jack produced by unique technology that has been cultivatedCombining various specifications and formats, it can be applied to a wide range of applications such as general industry, theater, medical care, and IT. Furthermore, the possibilities are endless when combined with a wide range of options and accessories.

■Features of the jack・The model number is displayed based on capacity to facilitate model selection.
- Capacity has been increased by more than 25% (up to 67%) compared to the conventional model.
・The nominal capacity is 2kN to 200kN, with the same capacity for push and pull loads.
・We have adopted acquired industrial property rights for the optional screw rotation prevention mechanism of the ball screw type.
- The dimensions of the screw shaft end shape have been unified and standardized.

Screw jack (trapezoidal screw) traveling nut type JTA series
■FeaturesSince the traveling nut operates, the installation space in the axial direction is small.

■Structure <The structure is for model numbers 025 to 1250. ＞It operates by turning the input shaft (worm), which rotates the worm wheel (screw shaft) and moves the traveling nut, making it advantageous for use in limited spaces. For lubrication, model numbers 005 and 010 use a grease bath for the worm part and grease lubrication for the screw part. For model numbers 002 and 025~1250, the worm part uses an oil bath and the screw part uses grease lubrication. It is necessary to prevent the traveling nut from rotating. (Please refer to the screw torque in the basic specifications.)

*A locking mechanism is required for the traveling nut.

■High precision and thick screw shaftAdopts trapezoidal screws.

■Ideal bearing structureConical roller bearings are used, and thrust self-aligning roller bearings are used for heavy loads.

■High precision worm foilMade of special aluminum bronze and processed with high precision, it has sufficient strength.

■Traveling nutIt uses special aluminum bronze and has excellent wear resistance.

■Thick input shaftIt has sufficient strength for applications involving a large number of connected units.

■Highly efficient reduction sectionWe make use of our many years of experience with worm reducers.

■Robust main body caseThe main body case of model numbers 100 and above uses cast steel. The main case of model numbers 025 to 075 is made of spheroidal graphite cast iron (FCD450). (We also manufacture cast steel ones.)

■Oil bath lubricationHigh-speed operation is possible and maintenance is easy.
