About This Product

Jack

■Excellent jack produced by unique technology that has been cultivated

Combining various specifications and formats, it can be applied to a wide range of applications such as general industry, theater, medical care, and IT. Furthermore, the possibilities are endless when combined with a wide range of options and accessories.

■Features of the jack

・The model number is displayed based on capacity to facilitate model selection. - Capacity has been increased by more than 25% (up to 67%) compared to the conventional model. ・The nominal capacity is 2kN to 200kN, with the same capacity for push and pull loads. ・We have adopted acquired industrial property rights for the optional screw rotation prevention mechanism of the ball screw type. - The dimensions of the screw shaft end shape have been unified and standardized.

■Screw jack (trapezoidal screw) standard type JA series

Self-locking safety design. We have standardized models that can accommodate a variety of uses from 2kN to 1,250kN.

■Features

・The use of trapezoidal screws has a self-locking effect, allowing the screw shaft to be retained even in the event of an unexpected power cut. - The worm reduction part uses grease lubrication for 2kN to 10kN, and oil bath lubrication for 25kN and above. It can withstand high speed rotation. ・High performance with ideal bearing structure. We have a wide variety of standard products ranging from 2kN to 1,250kN. ・Proven results up to 2,000kN. ■Screw shaft end

You can choose from a wide variety of metal fittings.

■High precision and thick screw shaft

Adopts trapezoidal screws.

■Ideal bearing structure

Adopts conical roller bearings to withstand both thrust and radial loads. *002 uses deep groove ball bearings.

■High precision worm foil

Made of special aluminum bronze and processed with high precision, it has sufficient strength.

■Thick input shaft

It has sufficient strength for applications involving a large number of connected units.

■Screw shaft guide

A screw guide is provided on the worm wheel and output shaft cover to reduce wobbling of the screw.

■Grease lubrication

Easy maintenance.

■Lightweight body case

The body case is made of die-cast aluminum, lightweight and compact.

■Highly efficient reduction section

We make use of our many years of experience with worm reducers. *Composed of a worm gear and a screw shaft (30° trapezoidal screw), it is especially suitable for high loads and has a strong holding power when stationary.
