About This Product

■The work efficiency of wood deck construction is definitely different.This is a special screw (coarse thread) developed for hard woods such as Urin and Cypress that will not cause thread breakage.

If you use regular course threads to construct wood decks such as Urin, the threads will often break during the process even if pilot holes are drilled in advance. Many people have had the experience of breaking a screw when tightening it, and being unable to pull it out or push it in, making it very difficult.

Therefore, if you use this drill head, screw breakage will hardly occur. The special tip shape allows it to cut into hard wood, making it surprisingly smooth to screw in compared to other screws.
 
Considering work efficiency, this screw (coarse thread) is definitely recommended for hard wood. The material is of course stainless steel (SUS410), which has been treated with super passipate to further improve its rust resistance.

Passipate treatment involves using a special aqueous solution to decompose iron particles and foreign matter that adhere to screws during the manufacturing process (these can cause rust and stains), creating a thin transparent film on the repaired surface. A treatment that improves rust prevention performance.

■For hardwoods such as Urin and Cypress, we absolutely recommend the Kirikomi Taishou (screws for hardwoods).- Made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and maintain strength and beauty.
