About This Product

■Type and size

Flexible elements support both high torque transmission and high speed rotation. The torsional stiffness of the element can be easily adjusted as required by selecting rubber with appropriate properties. Bearings and integral joints support the loads generated at the drive and output end connections. Cardan shafts, constant velocity (CV) shafts, and compact shafts can also be used as connecting shafts to absorb misalignment. We propose a design that meets your needs based on DIN standards, SAE standards, or standard specifications such as CV shaft bolt patterns and torque measurement flanges. TOK couplings handle torques from approximately 100 Nm/10,000 rpm up to 70,000 Nm/1,800 rpm.

■Characteristics of TOK coupling element

・Provides elements with various torsional rigidities ・Supports high speed rotation ・Flanges compatible with DIN or SAE standard bolt patterns and specifications ・Realization of self-centering, non-backlash, and maintenance-free ・Reduction of torsional rigidity by using two elements ・Absorbs misalignment in the axial, eccentric, and angular directions ・Reduced weight of the system by using high-strength aluminum - Installation length can be changed by adding an extendable intermediate shaft ・Available up to TKN depending on the application
