About This Product

■Product overview・This is a high-performance magnetic separator that can easily recover fine particles and fine-grained magnetic materials that are difficult to separate and sort using conventional dry magnetic separators.
・The combined effect of the magnetic force produced by the special magnetic pole arrangement and the centrifugal force produced by high-speed rotation enables collection and sorting of magnetic materials without entrapment of impurities.

■ApplicationsMagnetic separation of furnace slag ore (fine ore). Sorting of weakly magnetic ores. Magnetic separation of iron from chips such as aluminum, copper, and brass. In addition, it is suitable for magnetic separation of dust, waste sand, casting sand, shot, etc.

■Features- Unique magnetic pole structure allows magnetic selection without entrapment.
-Drum speed can be varied according to the processed material, so it can be applied to any magnetic separation conditions.
