About This Product

■Applications

Only the electromagnetic part of the electromagnetic type hanging magnetic separator has been commercialized, and this machine is suitable for cases where iron pieces on the conveyor are rare. It is used for large conveyors like the BST type, but it is used when the amount of mixed iron pieces is small and the work to remove the adsorbed iron pieces can be done regularly.

■Features

・There are no moving parts and the structure is simple, so there is no chance of failure. - Since it is oil-cooled, there is no need to worry about coil burnout, and temperature increases due to continuous use can be kept to a certain limit. ・Magnetic selection ability is equivalent to BST type. ・Compared to HEM-C, heat generation is suppressed, so performance loss can be prevented. ・Magnetic separation efficiency is high because an effective magnetic field is generated throughout the width direction.
