About This Product

■Product overview

- Strongly supports purification of tank solution. ・In the drain tank for grinding fluid (coolant) and cleaning fluid, the oil film that floats and accumulates on the surface layer is separated and collected using a special endless belt, supporting the purification and regeneration of the fluid.

■Applications

・Recovery of floating oil from cleaning tanks for machined products and degreasing processes. ・Oil recovery in water-soluble grinding coolant. ・Recovery of floating oil in factory wastewater.

■Features

- Efficiently extracts oil film and automatically discharges it as recovered waste oil. ・It has a simple exterior, is lightweight and compact, and can be installed in a small space. ・Compared to filter methods, etc., endless belts have high durability and extremely low running costs. ・The belt has excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance, and can be used against acids, alkalis, and chemicals. (However, if the liquid is hot, the viscosity will decrease and the recovery rate will be affected.) - Continuous operation, timer operation, and program operation are possible. The timer can be set to operate intermittently in 24-hour increments of at least 10 minutes.
