■Applications

Magcon is a magnetic conveyor with a permanent magnet placed under the belt, and is a device that mainly conveys iron parts, press waste, etc. upward or downward.

■Features

・With high-performance permanent magnets and rational design, there is almost no attenuation of magnetic force. (Magnetic force decrease rate less than 2% in 10 years) ・Simplified mechanism with almost no failures. ・A portable type and a tiltable type are used at the same time, assuming a variety of uses. Therefore, it can be applied to a wide range of areas. ・You can make effective use of the small space in your factory without taking up much space. - Can be applied to conveyance relay automation of vertical conveyor lines. - Helps reduce product transport time between processes. ・We design and manufacture various types of magcon, including those for vertical and vertical conveyance, depending on the application.
