About This Product

■Applications

It can be used in systems that require high speeds, such as robot hands and repetitive conveyance operations on automated lines.

■Features

・Residual adsorption force is extremely small, allowing workpieces to be released quickly. This allows for high-speed operation, and for lightweight workpieces, it is possible to attach and detach 5 to 6 times per second. - Since it is a permanent electromagnetic method, it is possible to reduce power consumption depending on the usage conditions compared to an electromagnetic method. - Two levels of adsorption force, strong and weak, can be obtained by energizing and de-energizing, and release is achieved by reverse energizing. It can be used in a wide variety of ways. (If it is weak, it is about 1/3 of strong.) ・By using a strong rare earth magnet, a large adsorption force can be obtained even in a small size.
