About This Product

■Features- Suitable for long-term suction as there is no fall accident due to power outage, and there is no heat generation due to constant power supply. Although the attraction is permanent magnetic, ON/OFF operation can be performed by electrical control.
・It is an electromagnetic release type that turns off the magnetic force only when the power is on. The magnetic force is always on.
・No uninterruptible equipment required.

■How to useThe power supply is DC24V. When using four holders of the same size and type at the same time, they can be connected in series and controlled by voltage distribution (96V÷4=24V) using a 96V DC power supply. In this case, if you use a variable voltage rectifier (e.g. KR-T205), you can adjust the degaussing voltage (amount of current when OFF), making it even easier to use.

■Release only when the power is turned onThe energization time for one time is within 5 seconds. Please allow at least 10 times more power-off time.

■Residual adsorption powerDue to the characteristics of permanent electromagnetic holders, 3 to 4% of the adsorption force remains as residual adsorption force when released. If the mass of the suspended object is small compared to this suction force, it may not be possible to release it.

In such cases, attaching a thin non-magnetic film to the suction surface will make it easier to remove. However, the adsorption force decreases in proportion to the square of the gap.
