About This Product

■Applications

Suitable as the handle of an industrial robot for transporting press material workpieces that are small and lightweight and difficult to release using just the weight of the workpiece.

■Features

- Instant release is possible using the spring pressure on the protrusion in the center of the suction surface. The spring pressure can be adjusted according to the situation. ・No electrical control such as reverse excitation circuit is required. ・Easy to put on and take off. ・It has a plated finish. ・Can be used continuously. ・Please use this when there are no irregularities or holes in the suction part of the conveyed object that the holder comes into contact with. ・It is also unsuitable for thin plates that bend under pressure.

■Precautions for use

- Rust, scratches, etc. on the suction surface will affect the suction power, so please repair it regularly. ・Please note that the holder will become hot if used continuously.
