About This Product

■Applications

It can be used when you want to make deep engravings such as grooves or steps on the suction surface to hold the workpiece magnetically.

■Features

- Strong permanent magnetic type using rare earth magnets. ・The suction surface can be cut to a depth of 10 mm from the surface at the time of shipment. ・By fitting the workpiece into a groove, etc., it can handle large machining pressure. In addition, it is possible to hold carbide materials for which it is difficult to obtain suction power, and it can be applied to grinding, etc. - Can be used together on the chuck work surface of a magnetic chuck. -There are types that allow the magnetic force to be turned on and off and types that do not. *Please note that if a workpiece is suctioned to two or more suction surfaces at the same time, the suction power of each will decrease.
