About This Product

■Suitable for non-ferrous metals, non-metallic and resin processing

Non-magnetic workpieces such as plastic, aluminum, stainless steel, and ceramic can be easily fixed. Especially suitable for fixing small workpieces.

■Achieve high-precision machining without distortion

The high-precision fixing agent fixes the workpiece in a natural state, allowing distortion-free cutting and high-precision grinding.

■Can be fixed at low temperatures close to room temperature

Reduced deterioration in machining accuracy due to the effects of heat.

■Only 30 seconds

Enables fast fixing and removal work comparable to that of a magnetic chuck.

■Machining accuracy has been greatly improved. High-precision processing on the micron scale is possible.

By developing a new fixative, we have made the adhesive film, which affects processing accuracy, thinner than before, achieving processing accuracy on the order of microns. Furthermore, by making it possible to fix at a low temperature close to room temperature and suppressing the temperature difference between fixation and release, the thermal effect on the workpiece has been significantly reduced.

■Further improve accuracy and stability

The material of the work surface has been changed from the conventional aluminum to S45C, improving accuracy stability and wear resistance. In addition, it is now possible to improve accuracy by re-grinding the work surface.

■Reduced operation time

By adopting a new cooling method, it is now possible to fix and remove as quickly as a magnetic chuck (about 30 seconds). Work efficiency has also been further improved in high-mix, small-lot processing operations where setup changes are frequent.

■Significantly smaller control device (H795mm x W450mm x D470mm)

Approximately 50% smaller (volume ratio) than conventional products. It can be used regardless of the installation location.
