About This Product

An excellent product that can serve two purposes in one, responding to the diversification of processed materials.

■Applications

Since the electromagnetic chuck is equipped with a grid seal type vacuum chuck function, it is suitable for grinding magnetic and non-magnetic materials with one machine.

■Features

・Overall height reduced by 30mm compared to conventional products. We have achieved an improvement in which the overall height, which tends to be high when combined with the vacuum function, is lowered to increase the height at which workpieces can be processed. ・Since there is no need to change the chuck according to magnetic or non-magnetic workpieces, it is possible to significantly reduce setup man-hours. ・By using magnetic material around the non-magnetic material when fixing non-magnetic material, even stronger fixation is possible. ・The vacuum chuck can be used freely to suit the workpiece using the rubber seal. - Adopts a resin bonded structure face plate with low environmental impact. - Compatible with wet processing.
