About This Product

■Applications

This is a decompression device exclusively for vacuum chucks. The chuck side is continuously evacuated to effectively maintain atmospheric pressure against the workpiece at the chuck working surface. However, it cannot be used as a pressure vessel by modification.

■Features

- Compact set of exhaust system, filter, vacuum tank, and vacuum gauge. - Intake and exhaust operations associated with attaching and detaching workpieces can be performed easily and quickly using the included dedicated operation valve. ・A pressure difference of 80kPa (600mmHg) or more can be obtained continuously.

■Ejector method VPU-E

This is a vacuum source device that uses high-pressure air injection to reduce exhaust pressure (the principle of an atomizer). Suitable when an air line with a compressor is installed. It can handle both wet and dry processing conditions. However, please avoid using lubricators between airlines.
