About This Product

■ApplicationsThis is an electromagnetic chuck that allows for easy positioning, detachment, and movement by ejecting air from the air holes provided on the chuck work surface and suspending the loaded workpiece. If you add a cooling device, you can also expect air cooling effects. This machine is for grinding, but we also manufacture machines for cutting.

■Features・Even workpieces with a large residual adsorption force can be separated and suspended with a small amount of air pressure, making them easy to remove.
・By increasing or decreasing the air pressure supplied from the control device, the appropriate lifting state can be adjusted according to the material, size, and shape of the workpiece.
・During work, a small amount of air is constantly flowing through the air outlet to prevent grinding fluid and grinding powder from entering.
・The air circuit inside the chuck has a structure developed by our company that prevents it from clogging.
・The control device is an easy-to-use dedicated unit that incorporates an air conditioning device, rectifier, and degaussing device.
- Adopts a resin adhesive face plate with low environmental impact.
・Simple air piping structure improves the durability of air piping.
