About This Product

■About the product

It is also compatible with JIS industrial racks (JIS Z 0620), which was revised in 2018 to make products safer. ・Made to order ・Powder coating ・Maximum loading mass (evenly distributed loading): 1,000kg/stage ・If the load becomes concentrated, the load-bearing capacity will be halved. ・Posts・AB type beam, sun gray, deck channel・Lattice material, galvanized copper plate

■Compatible with JIS industrial rack standards (JIS Z 0620:2018).

The new JIS standards require that the strength against horizontal loads, which represent the horizontal forces caused by earthquakes, be increased by approximately 20%* compared to the old JIS standards. *It varies slightly depending on the maximum loading mass and the weight of the rack.

■Target racks

・Of the racks used for industrial purposes, this applies mainly to those used to store goods loaded on pallets using forklifts. ・Applicable products: Pallet racks/drive-in racks/floating racks (live storage/pushback racks/floating racks)/stacked racks/electric pallet racks/horizontal transport racks (I-Shuttle)

■New JIS (2018 edition)

・Effective mass coefficient: The load can be reduced by taking into account pallet slippage caused by earthquake shaking. ・Horizontal seismic intensity coefficient: strengthened in light of the Great East Japan Earthquake

■Excellent support strength

Superior strength thanks to the shaped struts made from high-strength steel (SAPH). In addition to 75mm wide pillars that are suitable for standard storage, we also have 100mm wide pillars that are extremely strong and can be used for high rises and heavy objects.

■Step pitch 50mm

The step adjustment pitch is 50mm. You can make optimal adjustments according to the size of the stored items.

■High workability

The parts are standardized knockdown type. The rack can be installed quickly and is ready for use.

■Range can be changed

The beam is fitted with a gusset. Since no bolts are used for installation, steps can be easily changed.

■Safety and security

Adopts a deck channel with a locking mechanism. Even boltless pallets have a stopper mechanism, so they won't accidentally fall off while loading and unloading pallets.
