About This Product

■Check conference room reservation status using iPad

"LIVENESS Rooms for Microsoft" is a system that allows you to check conference room reservation status at a glance on your iPad device. Conference room reservations can be made from Outlook as before, and reservation information can be checked on the iPad terminal in front of the conference room before the meeting. If you do not enter the room by the time, your reservation can be automatically canceled. You can also take advantage of measures to prevent empty reservations. Conference room information is linked in real time with conference rooms registered in Microsoft 365.

■Conference room front screen

It can be installed in front of the conference room to process entry/exit, extensions, reservations, etc. You can choose from 3 pattern designs.

■Group screen

You can check the reservation status of multiple conference rooms at once on one screen.
