Cosmo Finder is a device that uses image processing to perform high-speed, high-precision visual inspection of wafers using a microscope. For example, we solve customer problems such as not being able to inspect all wafers, not being able to find small scratches or foreign objects of several micrometers, false detection by operators, and labor saving.

■Space-saving design that does not limit the location of use
The compact design has achieved a footprint of less than 1m x 1m. (Dimensions are for reference only) The optical unit, drive unit, image processing unit, and control unit are built into the main body, achieving high performance while saving space. It can be used in a variety of situations, from manufacturing processes to R&D departments.

With over 30 years of experience in image analysis software development, we are able to incorporate the requests of many customers and respond to the recognition of various defects. Cosmo Finder is also useful for inspecting foreign objects and scratches that were previously difficult to detect.
■AI-based classification technology supports problem solving
When managing defects detected during visual inspection, there is often the problem that ``the defects can be classified with the human eye, but cannot be classified with a computer.'' However, by using Cosmo Finder's AI function to learn, it is possible to classify similar particles based on their shape, size, brightness, etc., as if they had been classified by a human.
