About This Product

■Features

・Flexible design that can be applied to all MIL standard certified GALDEN, FLUORINERT, UCON, and SIliCONE. ・Galden DO2TS or DO2, a single test liquid with excellent cost performance, can be used in the temperature range of -65℃ to +150℃. ・A small motor mechanism is used to move the sample. No unnecessary mechanical stress such as vibration is applied to the sample. Moreover, the travel time is less than 3 seconds. ・A mechanism suitable for a high-tech pioneer. ・Interactive operation using LCD multi-display with touch keys. ・Achieved a sample loading weight of 3 kg. What's more, over 20 types of accessory options meet any test specification.

■Galden

Fluorinated inert liquid. There are a wide variety of liquid types, and liquids can be selected by test grade from around -70℃ to around +250℃. Since it is a polymer compound, the applicable temperature range for a single liquid type is wide, and DO2 in particular can cover temperatures from -65℃ to +150℃ with a single liquid. Certified as a MIL standard recommended fluid as of December 13, 1985.

■Florinat

Fluorinated inert liquid. It was the first fluorine-based product to receive MIL standard certification, is available in a wide range of liquid types, and has been used for a long time due to its excellent properties. Scientifically, it is a monomer (single molecule) compound and the liquid is selected from around -70℃ to around +230℃ depending on the application.

■Yukon

Hydrocarbon heating medium. It has been certified by the MIL standard for high-temperature testing at 200℃, and because it is chemically a polymer compound, it can be applied over a wide temperature range from around 0℃ to around 280℃. Unlike other fluorine and silicone solvents, it is soluble in water, making it relatively easy to handle in equipment.

■Silicon oil

Silicone-based inert liquid. It is the oldest and most widely used test liquid. Although its thermal and electrical stability is inferior to fluorine-based inert liquids, it is chemically a polymer compound and comes in a wide variety of liquid types. Moreover, since it is possible to blend different types of liquids, it is possible to select the optimal flow and heat transfer characteristics for the test over a wide temperature range.
