■Summary

Continuously monitors adhering foreign matter due to "falling/accumulating particles". Monitor dust generation in real time. Quantify the risk of direct deposition in the manufacturing environment and products. APMON measures deposited particles larger than 15 µm due to human and system activity at intervals as short as 5 minutes. We monitor "improper behavior" that causes pollution in real time and quantify "when" and "how much" it is being deposited.

■Measurement principle: The size of the detection part is a feature: Laser holographic method

Laser light is transmitted through a cartridge installed on top of the sensor, and the number and size of accumulated particles are counted at each measurement interval. The particle size is determined by detecting the shape of the particle based on the waveform of the laser beam that has passed through diffraction, and then converting the diffraction pattern into a real image using the Fourier transform method. The data converted into a real image by the sensor is converted into the number of particles, particle diameter, etc. in the main body, and then displayed on the display. The connection between the sensor and the main unit can be wired or wireless, and a dedicated battery for the sensor is also included, allowing remote monitoring. Display of measurement results

APMON monitors in real time moments of increased particle deposition (particle events). This makes it possible to detect "inappropriate behavior" from dust sources such as people, systems, and cleaning activities, and quantify the amount and particle size distribution of the dust. ISO14644-17 standardizes the study and improvement of control methods for the behavior associated with this particle event as a method for reducing particles larger than 5 μm. APMON detects particles larger than 15 µm, which have a rate of 50% or more that falls and accumulates from the air.
