About This Product

■SummaryContinuously monitors adhering foreign matter due to "falling/accumulating particles". Monitor dust generation in real time. Quantify the risk of direct deposition in the manufacturing environment and products. APMON measures deposited particles larger than 15 µm due to human and system activity at intervals as short as 5 minutes. We monitor "improper behavior" that causes pollution in real time and quantify "when" and "how much" it is being deposited.

■Measurement principle: The size of the detection part is a feature: Laser holographic methodLaser light is transmitted through a cartridge installed on top of the sensor, and the number and size of accumulated particles are counted at each measurement interval. The particle size is determined by detecting the shape of the particle based on the waveform of the laser beam that has passed through diffraction, and then converting the diffraction pattern into a real image using the Fourier transform method. The data converted into a real image by the sensor is converted into the number of particles, particle diameter, etc. in the main body, and then displayed on the display. The connection between the sensor and the main unit can be wired or wireless, and a dedicated battery for the sensor is also included, allowing remote monitoring.
