About This Product

■Summary

A spectroradiometer that realizes measurements in the ultra-weak near-infrared region. Highly accurate measurement of spectral distribution from 600 to 1,030 nm. In recent years, demand for measurements in the "near infrared region" has been increasing, especially in the display and lighting markets. Additionally, there were no measuring instruments that could easily and accurately measure this. Under these circumstances, Topcon Technohouse has developed the "Near Infrared Spectroradiometer SR-NIR" based on the technology cultivated with the SR series of spectroradiometers. By using this product in conjunction with the SR series spectroradiometer, it is now possible to measure spectral radiance from 380nm to 1,030nm.

■Features

・Measurement of near-infrared light emitted from FPD is possible. ・Achieves high-precision measurement of spectral distribution in the near-infrared region (600 to 1,030 nm) ・Spectral distribution measurement in the visible to near-infrared (380 to 1,030 nm) is possible when used in conjunction with our spectroradiometer SR series.

■Main uses

・Observation of near-infrared output of various FPDs ・Emission line output observation of Ne and Ar ・Evaluation of near-infrared transmission characteristics of optical films, etc. ・Near-infrared spectroscopy measurement of other light sources
