■Summary

In addition to its robust structure, it is a stationary, all-purpose projector that combines Nikon's optical system and stage to provide accurate measurement results. Built-in digital counter for XY dimension measurement and digital protractor for angle measurement. Demonstrates excellent measurement accuracy in inspection processes and quality assurance. It is possible to measure XY dimensions and angles of various parts, as well as chart measurements on the screen. Features

All projection lenses are designed to be parfocal, eliminating the need for refocusing when changing magnification. It has a long working distance and enables safe component inspection.

■Various stage lineup

Five types of robust stages are available, ranging from 50mm x 50mm to 250mm x 150mm.

■Large projection screen with effective diameter of 500mm

Equipped with a large projection screen with an effective diameter of 500mm that comes standard with a rotation function. A bright, high-contrast optical image can be obtained with a wide field of view.

■Projection lens compatible with telecentric optical system

We have a lineup of 5 types of projection lenses from 5x to 100x that are compatible with telecentric optical systems. Dimensions and chart measurements of various parts are possible. function

■Fine feed unit that corrects sample tilt

The stage with a measurement range of 250mm x 150mm and 200mm x 150mm is equipped with a fine movement feed unit with a rotating mechanism. It facilitates highly accurate alignment over a wide measuring range, even when measuring objects up to 20 kg.

■Can be equipped with a large stage that can handle large parts.

A stage up to 250mm x 150mm can be attached. It can measure large parts with a maximum weight of 20 kg and a maximum height of 150 mm.
