About This Product

■Summary

iNEXIV VMA series wide field of view type. High performance iNEXIV VMA series with ultimate ease of use. Achieves both high measurement accuracy through the adoption of a high-resolution optical system and ease of use, including a wide field of view display. Features

■Easy to use wide field of view, sharp and clear images

Ensures a wide field of view of up to 13mmx10mm (at 0.35x magnification) on the stage. It is easy to parallelize and check the specimen. The 5-step 10x zoom allows you to check details. A specially designed apochromatic objective lens (NA0.11) provides high resolution images.

■Long working distance objective lens

A height of 73.5mm is secured from the objective lens to the focal point. There is no need to worry about contact with the objective lens when measuring large steps or high bosses. It is also effective for measuring the depth of narrow and deep holes.

■Autofocus with high repeat accuracy

・High-speed, high-precision image AF - Image AF with high repeatability and constraint allows you to focus on surfaces and edges, and measure height and depth. *It is possible to effectively focus on the bottom of a small-diameter hole-shaped object. ・Laser AF (optional) - Dedicated for measuring flat surfaces, consistently high repeatability at all video image magnifications. *When using laser AF, the objective lens working distance is 63mm.

■Options that expand measurement possibilities Touch probe that can also measure dimensions of invisible areas and side wall angles

VMZ-2520/4540/6555* can be equipped with Renishaw's touch trigger probe (TP20/TP200) as a factory option. Ideal for measuring dimensions and angles of parts that cannot be seen from above. The touch probe is coaxial with the objective lens on the software, so it can be easily switched after image measurement. *VMA-2520V/4540V/6555V is a dedicated image measurement machine.
