About This Product

A system that measures and evaluates the light distribution characteristics of LEDs in terms of quality and quantity.

■Summary

The LED light distribution measurement device is a system that measures and evaluates the light distribution characteristics of LED elements and LED modules under preset conditions. The LED radiation angle is controlled by the vertical light distribution stage and horizontal light distribution stage, and positioned to face the light detection unit. Then, depending on the measurement conditions, the lighting power supply section of the device is turned on, and the spectral distribution is measured in the measurement control section. Based on the spectral distribution obtained for each radiation angle, the amount of light and color information are detected and the LED light distribution is evaluated. The purpose is to provide feedback on the optical conditions and measurement conditions for production equipment based on the evaluation results. In addition, by incorporating a standard LED that complies with domestic and international standards (JIS, CIE) into this device and performing measurements, it is possible to obtain evaluation data as a reference.

・It is possible to automatically measure the light distribution characteristics of LEDs. ・It is possible to obtain the light distribution characteristics of standard LEDs that comply with domestic and international standards (JIS, CIE). - Two camera system allows for highly accurate positioning and installation of target LEDs. ・The distance from the target LED to the measurement position can be set arbitrarily. ・Measurement results can be extracted to feed back optical conditions and measurement conditions to production equipment. ・It is possible to incorporate products from various companies as an LED lighting power source. ・Our high-precision spectrometer OCM-510 is used for LED color measurement. Optical axis adjustment function

■Laser light source for optical axis adjustment

This is a laser light source for optical axis adjustment to align the optical axis of the target LED and measurement stage (optical input fiber) on the same line. Utilizes a He-Ne laser that meets US safety standards class 2.

■Camera for position adjustment

This is a position adjustment camera for adjusting the LED attached to the LED holder to the vertical and horizontal center position of the light distribution stage.
