■Summary

This device is a device that rapidly measures and separates the electrical and optical characteristics of LEDs online in synchronization with the control signals of the inspection system of the LED production line, and provides the judgment information to the system. Equipped with an inspection and measurement function for electrical and optical characteristics based on power supply and application conditions to the target, a measurement preparation function that automatically performs contact judgment and polarity judgment, and advance inspection and judgment conditions for carrying out the test. Equipped with registration functions, etc. The I/O signal control line can be used to start the test and output the judgment results according to the timing with the LED test system. Additionally, using the accompanying software library (DLL), it is possible to control from the customer's software and receive the judgment results. In the optical characteristic inspection, which is the most important part of an LED inspection system, we use the high-performance Czerny-Turner spectroscopy method to achieve distortion-free spectral measurement and obtain highly accurate light source color information that complies with JIS (CIE). This makes it possible to achieve an inter-device difference of 0.004 or less in xy chromaticity coordinates (JIS Z8724) for RGB 3 colors. Measurement items
