About This Product

■Summary

This is an alarm device that uses a high-strength magnet to monitor the amount of metal foreign matter and quickly respond to unexpected metal foreign matter contamination.

■Principle

Two levels of alarm can be issued depending on the amount of metal foreign matter attracted by the magnet in the sensor section.

■Features

・The principle and purpose are different from metal detectors. ・Since it uses a magnet with a maximum magnetic flux density of 12,000 Gauss, the detection sensitivity is extremely high compared to metal detectors. -Easy to install on piping, etc. regardless of the installation direction (horizontal or vertical). (IDF2S ferrule connection) ・Alarm points can be set depending on the amount of adsorption, and an alarm signal will be sent when the predetermined amount is reached.

・For acceptance inspection of raw materials ⇒ Clarification of acceptance criteria ・For sampling inspection of shipped products ⇒ By installing in front of the weighing and packaging machine, abnormalities can be detected before shipping. ・Alarms regarding the adsorption status of existing magnets and evaluation of iron removal ability ・Ideal for creating management standards and standardizing work (ISO, HACCP compatible) ・Quality control of shipped products. In particular, the creation of data management tables will lead to increased trust among business partners.
