About This Product

■SummaryThe tabletop solid dispenser SDB-1C is an evolution of the SDB-1 with a built-in weight scale, making it extremely accurate and accurate in both volume-based capacitive mode and weight-based gravimetric mode. Dispense with high reproducibility.

Volumetric mode is fast (2.5-3.5 seconds per dose) and gravimetric mode is flexible for large dose sizes. Volumetric dispensing allows automatic weighing for quality control purposes. All dispense weight data is saved as a digital record and can be transferred to a PC.

As it is a compact tabletop type, the SDB-1C can be easily integrated into your work process, reducing tedious and repetitive tasks. The dispensing head is replaceable, so you can use a different dispensing head when dispensing different volumes or using multiple materials without worrying about cross-contamination.

The large dispenser head can dispense from 5mg up to 8g (depending on the material) and even larger quantities. The small dispenser head can dispense from 5mg up to 300mg (depending on the material) in a single operation, and can also be divided into multiple doses.

■WorkflowIt is filled by attaching a standard glass vial (for small dispenser heads) or a polycarbonate container (for large dispenser heads) containing the target powder to the device. The dispensing head is removable for quick material changes without cleaning, avoiding the risk of cross-contamination.

The number of powder doses can be selected in incremental volume steps from 1 to 99 and the dispense cycle is displayed. In gravimetric mode, the controller repeatedly releases powder until the target value is reached. (Closed loop method using feedback from scale)
