We offer avalanche photodiodes designed and manufactured by GoPhoton Co., Ltd. This is a photodiode that uses a phenomenon called avalanche amplification to increase light-receiving sensitivity. It uses InP-based material and has sensitivity from 1,000 nm to 1,600 nm.
