About This Product

■Magnetic hysteresis loop (J-H curve/B-H curve) measuring device

It is the only measuring instrument in the world that can easily measure magnetic hysteresis curves on plates and round bars, is fully compliant with the new IEC 60404-7 standard, and can also measure the coercive force of parts regardless of shape. For VSM, which requires a φ10mm x h10mm cylindrical sample, it is now possible to measure the magnetic hysteresis of free-form samples, and automatic demagnetization (demagnetizing field) correction calculations are possible for bars and plates of specified sizes. With the newly developed JH Extension Module and KOERZIMAT HCJ 1.097, the measurement of hysteresis loops (magnetic hysteresis curves) has been improved from the previous industry standard, which required cost and labor to prepare and where the skill of the operator affected the measured value. It is now possible to measure free-form samples instead of ring-shaped (doughnut-shaped) samples, and automatic demagnetization (demagnetizing field) is available for plates and round bars of specific sizes. Correction is now possible. It achieves low-cost, quick, accurate, and high-throughput measurements, and can greatly contribute to improving the efficiency and reducing costs of measuring large quantities of samples during customer quality control and research and development. Also, due to the influence of noise, VSM cannot measure with an accuracy of several tens of A/m, but with KOERZIMAT HCJ, measurement up to 0.2 A/m is 10% below the 5 A/m specified by IEC 60404-7. This is possible with an accuracy within the error range.
