About This Product

■Different material discrimination/hardness measuring device

Electromagnetic measurement equipment from Förster, which has a proven track record in the field of material inspection using electromagnetic induction testing. It accurately reads changes in the electromagnetic induction signal obtained by magnetizing the test material with high power, and uses the latest statistical methods to evaluate metal parts after heat treatment, distinguish between different materials, and evaluate surface hardness and tensile strength.

■MAGNATEST ECM

A low-cost type that consolidates basic functions. This is a small modular inspection device that can be easily expanded. In combination with a power amplifier, it enables the same excitation force as Magnatest D.

■Basic specifications

・Low-cost magnetic induction type eddy current destructive inspection module ・Full-scale magnetic induction inspection using high frequency analysis ・Wide variable range inspection parameters ・Easy to operate equipment ・Sorting inspected parts into good parts "OK" and defective parts "NOK" ・One-dimensional display of measured values ​​as an LED bar graph ・Key switch for operation lock
